Le Creuset Recipe: Cauliflower & Kale Casserole with Brown Butter Breadcrumbs

I created and styled this Kale & Cauliflower Casserole with Brown Butter Bread Crumbs recipe for Le Creuset that has capers + an olive oil béchamel. 

This richer, more traditional vegetarian recipe could easily be converted to a very healthy and clean gluten-free and even dairy-free version by substituting tapioca or almond flower and almond milk for the béchamel and using gluten-free bread and olive oil or coconut oil for the pan-toasted bread crumbs.
